Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited on Comma (the “Service”) operated by Nadir Tech LLC. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

1. Prohibited content

You may not upload, share, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates the rights of others.
• Sexually exploits or endangers children, or contains non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Promotes terrorism, organized violence, or threatens, harasses, or defames others.
• Contains malware, ransomware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Violates applicable export-control, sanctions, privacy, or data-protection laws.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as permitted by a written security-research authorization.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, sandboxing, or other access or security controls.
• Interfere with the Service or servers, including via denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or excessive automated requests.
• Mine, scrape, or harvest data from the Service except via APIs we expressly provide and in compliance with their documentation.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or entity, or falsely imply endorsement by Nadir.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product, or to train machine-learning models using other users’ Content.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.

3. Sandboxed HTML and embedded scripts

Comma renders user-uploaded HTML inside an opaque-origin sandbox. You may not attempt to break out of that sandbox, access another user’s session, or use the rendering pipeline to deliver malware, deceptive content, or unlawful tracking to viewers.

4. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it to info@getnadir.com. Include the URL or report ID and a description of the issue. We review reports promptly and may take action including content removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we believe appropriate, including warning, throttling, suspending, or terminating accounts, removing content, or cooperating with legal authorities. We are not obligated to monitor the Service, but we reserve the right to do so to enforce this AUP and protect the Service.
